Due to the nature of food products, opened or used honey products cannot be returned.

Right of withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days only if the product is unopened and unused.

Damaged goods

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos at info@danubegold.be.

Refunds are processed after inspection.
